14 DAY RETURN POLICY

 If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at ludoskinco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your product.

 LUDO SKIN accepts returns if product is faulty due to postage or manufacturing. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items for health + safety reasons.

 We do not accept returns if you simply change of mind.

 Promo items or products on sale are final sale + will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

 We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post + that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit + therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. LUDO SKIN will not be responsible for parcels damaged or lost in transit if you choose not to insure your parcel or provide a tracking number.
